Terms and Conditions
- Bookings usually commence and finish on Sundays although this is very flexible subject to availability.
- Prices are inclusive of normal usage of electricity and air conditioning. However, the owner reserves the right to charge for excessive usage.
- Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
- To allow for the villa to be prepared for clients, bookings commence from 4.00pm on the Day of Arrival and end at 10.00am on the Day of Departure.
- Payment; A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.(Please see our booking conditions).
- A security deposit of £100 is required for each rental,payable simultaneously with the balance of the rental fee.(Please see our booking conditions )
- The villa is a non-smoking property.
- Clients are expected to leave the villa in clean condition upon departure.(Please see our booking conditions).The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
